• To improve visual accessibility, the standard font size of our email signature and emails is large and we have avoided harsh colour contrasts
  • We give staff the option to include their pronouns in their email signature to help avoid misgendering, normalise discussions about gender and help create a work environment in which staff feel they can bring their ‘whole self’ and gender identity to work.   • Alongside the Race Equality Matters Campaign #MyNameIs, we give staff the option to include the phonetic spellings of their names in email signatures to avoid mispronunciation
