£15 billion in 15 years – helping change millions of lives.
Findings from our first ever Impact Report show that over the last 15 years, Results UK has contributed to campaigns associated with more than £15 billion in UK Government commitments – helping millions of children get protected from killer diseases, learn to read and write, and grow up healthy and well-nourished.
2025 was one of the toughest years for international development in decades. Growing challenges across the Global North to human rights and democratic norms, alongside geopolitical and economic instability, contributed to major aid budget cuts across the UK, Europe and the USA.
However, throughout this, our advocacy still helped to ensure people around the world would receive life-saving vaccines, a better education and the support they need to live healthy lives. This Impact Report shows why persistent, evidence-led, people-powered advocacy matters.
