Aqsa Shah

Parliamentary Advocacy Officer (Tuberculosis)

Aqsa Shah is our Parliamentary Advocacy Officer for Tuberculosis at RESULTS UK. She graduated with First Class honours in International Politics from the University of Liverpool in 2023 and has experience working for two Members of Parliament, as well as for a leading UK charity. Before moving into her current role, she worked on RESULTS UK’s education portfolio and for the International Parliamentary Network for Education (IPNEd). These experiences have sharpened her understanding of the parliamentary mechanism and cultivated her commitment to advocacy and grassroots activism.

Outside of work, you can find her enjoying home-cooked meals with her siblings or doing random activities to spend time with her friends. She likes visiting museums and galleries – especially if they’re followed by a nice meal after!
