Policy and Parliamentary Advocacy Officer (Education)
Hannah is responsible for leading policy and parliamentary advocacy for global education, working with parliamentarians and civil servants through CSO policy working groups and coordination of the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Global Education. She grew up in a family of public educators and spent her early career working in public schools, which drove her interest in the politics of education and macro power dynamics that shape the experiences of teachers and learners in the classroom. She holds a Master’s in International Development and Education from the University of Sussex and Bachelor’s in Political Science and History from the University of Washington.
Originally from Seattle, Hannah is a stereotypical US Pacific Northwesterner who lives for time outdoors in the mountains and near the water. Her favourite food is Beecher’s World Famous Mac n’ Cheese.
