Motunrayo Fagbayi

Motunrayo is a global development professional with a particular interest in gender, youth and African development. She sits on the Advisory Council for The Equity Index and is the co-founder of Diasporic Development, a community of Black professionals with the aim of leading change in diversity, equity and inclusion across the global development and UK charity sector. Motunrayo’s biggest loves are the arts, travel and Liverpool Football Club.
