For this month’s conference call, we were joined by RESULTS UK’s Lucy Drescher, Head of Parliamentary Advocacy, to talk about the pivotal role of advocacy and grassroots initiatives in shaping government policies, while sharing her experience working with MPs and the field of international development.

We explored how reduced UK Development Spending, also called Overseas Development Assistance (ODA), impacts our ability to contribute to worldwide equality, and touched on the importance of using our voices as advocates to speak up and push a return to spending 0.7% of Gross National Income (GNI) on UK ODA.
