‘Who Pays for Progress?’ uses Kenya as a case study to explore the impact on health financing in light of Kenya’s recent reclassification from a low-income country (LIC) to a lower-middle-income country (LMIC). The report makes important recommendations for donor governments and recipient countries on the importance of increased financing for health, through stable and increased development assistance and domestic resource mobilisation.  It is a joint report from RESULTS UK, KANCO, World AIDS Campaign International and ACTION.
