Riesta is responsible for the day-to-day management of Results UK’s financial operations, ensuring effective and reliable financial controls, as well as overseeing HR and office management. Before joining the team in 2019, Riesta worked in pricing, both in Indonesia and in the UK. She joined Results because its values of equality and a world free from poverty align with her own.

Her commitment to these values goes beyond her professional work. Riesta believes that true global prosperity begins with access to good nutrition and early education, foundations that empower individuals and communities to thrive.
