Sharmila Prabhu

Sharmila is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and holds an MBA. With over 25 years strategic, commercial and operational experience, she finds ways to resolve complex challenges by providing practical and pragmatic solutions.  Her work with the international development company Crown Agents has given her the privilege of working alongside colleagues in and from most of the company’s offices worldwide, including being based in Nairobi and Washington, DC.  Sharmila derives her motivation from interacting with people that inspire and motivate her and enjoys leading diverse teams that excel.  In her spare time, she enjoys travelling, art history and relishing new culinary and cultural experiences.
